consideration for your use of the services provided by us, you agree

in the New Member Registration Form. You also agree to promptly
update your personal information from time to time to keep it true,
accurate and current. You are prohibited for using a login name
or email address which breaches the intellectual property or other
property rights of any person or entity.
You
are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login name and password. You shall notify us immediately if you
think that your password has been compromised or there has been
authorized use your account.
Discount may be given to members from time to time. The said discount will only be valid with comfirmation email from www.flowersonline.com.sg. www.flowersonline.com.sg reserves all rights to amend and/or withdraw any discount given to any members without prior notice.
We reserve the
right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account without
prior notice. |
| Delivery |

We will do our
best to ensure successful delivery everytime. For unforeseen circumstances,
we should not be held responsible, this include, but not limited

All deliveries are limited to main land Singapore and we cannot guarantee
successful delivery into prohibited or restricted areas.

are 3 Slots of delivery per day

Refunds,
Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working
days of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will
process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit
to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.
Do note that there will be a service & GST
charges, 10.5% of the total order, by customer's
credit card issuer.
